The first niliaitta, an elevated cabin, was completed in November 2020
The Niliaitta cabin has been the first building project in Kivijärvi Resort. It’s a wooden cabin elevated to four metres on a pillar. This cabin completed in November 2020 provides a good base for calculating the construction costs of holiday homes in the area.

A holiday home area offering activities. Situated in Peltokangas by Kivijärvi Lake, owned by the Kivijärvi municipality. 48 holiday homes of various sizes. Most of them built on top of a four-metre pillar. Also, a separate waterfront building with a sauna and conference facilities.
